What is Globalization?

The simplest way to define it. "The process by which organizations or different associations creates global impact or begin working on a international scale."

Cause of Globalization :

There are many factors that has effected this world and become the cause of globalization. but I will mainly be focusing on Technological advancement. According to my research technology is the main cause of globalization. Other factors are also the caused of globalization but those are secondary. 

Technological Advancement 

you might have a question in mind why I am giving the importance to this but not others. Let me answer it. Imagine your ancestors used live in a place where people were good at work, good at business and have good transport with in the country. but they do not not have the access to the outer world. only those who were riche enough to afford the plane could go out from the region where they live. except those, no one one had the resources to compare themselves from others. They might be living happily or opposite based on what they had at the time. 

 now, came to this world when technology become very accessible. everyone able to use the technology. because it become cheap, easy to use. and internet that can be use in any device. Despite of the living standard every single person have smartphone. 

 According to one survey of global digital the total population of the world is around 7 billion and there are 5.48 billion mobile users in the world. People have the resources. they compare themselves with other. they saw what rich people are doing and fanaticized it 

Today, I am trying to be more specific to business. how they are getting the befits due to this globalization. 

Bigger Picture 

Companies that were able to understand the real meaning of globalization. established business that were adding the value to this globalization. Individuals  Jack Ma founder of  "Ali Baba"  crated the plate form where people from different region can come to a one place and do businesses. and eCommerce business came in being.

They have became the big giants in eCommerce world.

Now Things are evolving. Now, not only business or companies are not only selling products but they are also providing business services in the other countries. with the name called "offshoring" services 

we are living in the technological world. companies want to create technological product and and built their businesses based on technology.

  

what companies are doing they hire are person who is good at coding or web development. that person may be sitting in other region but he is providing his services. this gives the companies competitive edge over the other. because hiring a worker online cost the companies less, saves their time more talent which may be not available in their region
